EGLA Green Lean Specialist
Who should attend?
This course is for anyone planning for or leading development projects. During the training the trainees are trained in Lean Six Sigma development methodology, Sustainability and development project best practices on specialist level.
Learning is supported by E-learning environment that is available for students 3 months after the last contact day. This way we can ensure that people with different learning styles and abilities can adapt the development model and attend development projects successfully.
Contents:
The course includes 8 modules, that enables understanding needed for working asspecialist or team member in development projects. The modules are the following:
- Green Lean principles, Green Lean development process, Project Management;
- DMAIC - process from Green Lean point of view; Sustainability principles, Green Lean project roles and responsibilities; Gate Review process;
- Project planning, avoiding pitfalls;
- Define phase basics;
- Measure phase and goals;
- Analyze phase; tools and steps;
- Improve phase; tools and steps;
- Control phase; tools and steps; Continuous improvement.
Handover to organization and Kaizen (commitment in Learning Organization).
The course duration is 8 weeks with about 2 hours of studies a day + 5 weekend webinars.
The participants receive an EGLA certificate after the completion of the course.
The training includes Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt level training as set by international standards and an introduction to Sustainability principles (Economical Sustainability, Ecological Sustainability and Social Sustainability).
